Face to Face Survey Using Tablets CAPI : These are face to face interviews conducted with participants who are suitable for the research scope, using pre prepared interview forms and supported by paper & pen, computers, or other necessary technical equipment. These interviews can take place in various locations such as homes, offices, streets, or points of purchase to enhance research effectiveness.
Face to Face Studio Tests CAPI : Product tests conducted in a studio environment are carried out in specialized locations where suitable conditions and auxiliary materials for the tested product's usage are provided. In cases where multiple products need to be used simultaneously, product tests are conducted under the supervision of a supervisor, adhering to quota criteria, rotation, and usage instructions. This ensures that errors and deviations resulting from usage are controlled and monitored effectively.
Telephone Survey CATI : CATI (Computer-Aided Telephone Interview) is a computer-assisted telephone survey system. It is a data collection technique that combines telephone, computer, and research expertise, providing simultaneous control facilitated by technology. With CATI, researchers can conduct interviews over the phone while having real-time control and assistance from the computer system.
Online Panel CAWI - CAMI : Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) is an abbreviation formed from the initials of the words. It refers to web-based interviews conducted with the assistance of a computer.
